Made from the autochthonous Vernatsch grape, one of the most historic and traditional grape varieties in South Tyrol, this special balsamic variety develops a harmonious interplay of fine, fruity aromas of raspberry, strawberry, cherry and redcurrant, complemented by delicate nuances of violet and rosehip blossom. Embedded in a perfectly balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity, the Gran Rosé underlines the special aromas of the grape variety that gives it its name. The subtle acidity and fine fruit aroma harmonize perfectly with the ingredients in your dishes without overpowering them.

Recommended for the refinement of:
Mediterranean salads with tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and basil, lentil salads, for marinating salmon, tuna and prawns before grilling, as a glaze for chicken and turkey, in combination with lime and herbs for raw fish dishes, with grilled vegetables, green or white asparagus, for fruity dressings, sauces and light vinaigrettes and for refining fruit salads with berries, melons, figs or strawberries.
