Gala Bio is a naturally cloudy apple vinegar made from fresh organic apples of the Gala variety, produced in cooperation with BIO SÜDTIROL. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, it is particularly rich in trace elements and is therefore perfectly suitable for the so-called apple vinegar cure.
