Two farmers located in the surroundings of our distillery select their ripest pears for this precious and unique distillate. A gentle fermentation on selected yeasts at low temperatures and an extremely careful and slow distillation in small bain-marie alembics create this distillate of exceptional quality. Extremely fruity and aromatic on the palate and in the nose, with an incredibly persistent finish.
Serving suggestion
Our Williams Royal Red is best enjoyed in small sips in a tulip-shaped stem glass and served between 12-14° C.
