Selection of Lagrein/Pinot Noir grape peels from the 2013 vintage carefully distilled to obtain a fruity grappa of rare aromatic complexity. Long maturation in small wild cherry wood casks provides the distillate with its charming aroma of spices and wild berries. Smooth and full-bodied on the palate.
