After the harmonization in steel barrels, this noble grappa obtained from Lagrein pomace sourced from renowned South Tyrolean wineries from the Bolzano and Merano area was transferred to French oak barrels for a further aging of over 85 months. Complex aromatic profile with hints of dried fruit, honey and vanilla, excellent balance and an extraordinarily delicate aftertaste. This outstanding grappa is a true concert for the senses.
